This weekend, our chapter leaders of WA Gamma at Eastern Washington University attended the Carlson Leadership Academy in Woodland Hills, California. These men left Washington with the goal of expanding their knowledge of their position and have a personal transformation through the tools that were provided at the event, so that when they return they could apply their learning and help the chapter succeed in areas of struggle, and continue their success in areas they already thrive in. While the lessons and tools they were given will undoubtedly help them in their position, the connections and relationships they formed will continue to their professional careers.
